Sometimes you can be just going about your day when anxiety just hits you out of nowhere. It can cause panic, make you freeze, make you think about things that you really don’t want to think about.
Lets Just Say It Sucks.
And worst of all is that you never know when its going to hit you. It just happens.
And let’s be honest, it can hit at the worst of times.
Sometimes it can hit when you are in the middle of talking to someone, or hanging out with some people.
And that can suck, especially when you find that you have frozen mid sentence, or that you have flinched or made a face at the thoughts. Or worse, made a weird sound.
But the anxiety can be just as bad as whatever reaction that you have found to be having.
And sometimes you don’t even have a thought that has come with the sudden anxiety. You just suddenly have anxiety and a bad feeling.
It can really wear on a person, not to mention that the rise of panic that you can end up feeling.
It can leave you weary, not knowing when it is going to strike next. And that alone can affect life. Sometimes missing out on stuff because you just don’t know if your anxiety will suddenly affect you.
But even if it does suck it’s not good to let it rule your life.
And it will be hard but it might be good to just try to take it one step at a time. And maybe try to start gathering some tools that might help, and throwing the ones that don’t away or make things worse away.
It’ll just take some time.
