There is no cure for an anxiety disorder. It sucks, but its the truth.
Therapy, medication, changing routine, changing your diet. All of these are ways that can help one Cope with anxiety. But it will not cure one of their anxiety disorders.
But that does not mean that you must live with it ruling your life. All the things that I mentioned above are ways that can help one find it easier.
And those are just four out of many ways that people use to cope.
And that’s really what you should be looking for if you have any type of anxiety, a way to cope with it, not a cure.
Because if you try to search for a cure when there really isn’t one it can just make the hole your digging deeper, not to mention that it can make it harder to live with one’s anxiety.
Sometimes trying to look for a cure can make it so that you push away the tips on how to come with anxiety because you are so focused on how to fix your anxiety.
And that right their can make this worse.
It can leave you floundering, anxiety at its worst, no way to cope, and at your wits end with no cure in sight.
And yes, it does suck that you can’t just cure your anxiety, that you must live with this huge problem that probably affects every aspect of your life.
It sucks, it hurts, and it really makes life harder than others who don’t have to deal with having an anxiety disorder.
And finding ways to cope isn’t easy. Some of the things that work for lots of people might not work for you, or it might still be hard even with a way to cope.
Not to mention that even with a way to cope you still might slip up and your anxiety might get bad for a while again.
But it is possible to live with an anxiety disorder and be okay, maybe even great.
It might take a while, it might take a few different coping methods, maybe even a handful of them.
All you have to do is continue on trying to find the things that work for you.
Even if it might take a while to find what you need and what works.
But you will get their and you will be okay.
So, continue trying until you find what you need.
